01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777xsx ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 777xsx website located at https://777xsx.net, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 777xsx platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on 777xsx, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older. The 777xsx platform is strictly an adult gaming service.
• You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Registration by corporations, trusts, or automated systems is not permitted.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close associate of 777xsx or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• You must not have previously had a 777xsx account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list applicable to the 777xsx platform.

777xsx reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 777xsx may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending completion of verification.

03 Account Responsibility

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 777xsx platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein.

You are solely and entirely responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your 777xsx username and password.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Ensuring that no third party accesses or uses your account on your behalf.
• Notifying 777xsx immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

777xsx will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their login credentials. Sharing your account with any other person, or allowing any other person to place wagers through your account, is strictly prohibited.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 777xsx platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777xsx accepts deposits through the following verified payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your 777xsx account dashboard at the time of transaction.
• Players may only withdraw funds to a payment method that they have previously used to make a deposit, or to a verified method registered in their own name.
• 777xsx reserves the right to conduct identity verification and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks before approving any withdrawal request. Players must cooperate fully with any such checks.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours; bank transfers may take 2–5 business days.
• 777xsx does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which 777xsx accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits made by a player are made voluntarily and at their own risk. 777xsx does not offer refunds on deposits once gameplay has commenced unless a technical fault on the part of the platform is conclusively established.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

777xsx offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time of offer, in addition to the general conditions set out here.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period only. Any bonus balance remaining after the stated expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.
• 777xsx reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not prejudice any bonus already accepted and in progress by a player.
• A player may only claim each specific promotion once unless stated otherwise. Claiming the same promotion through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and is a breach of these Terms.
• 777xsx reserves the right to recover any bonus amount, along with any winnings derived from it, if the bonus was obtained through fraudulent, deceptive, or collusive means.
• Certain games may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are published in the relevant promotion terms.

06 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All casino games offered on the 777xsx platform — including slots, table games, live dealer games, and Teen Patti — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently audited and tested for fairness. 777xsx does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

Sports betting markets offered on the 777xsx sportsbook, including cricket, PSL, football, UFC, and kabaddi, are governed by the specific sports betting rules published in the sportsbook section of the platform. In the event of a discrepancy between general Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

In the event of a technical malfunction or software error during a game round, the affected round will be voided and the wager returned to the player's account. 777xsx's decision in relation to technical faults is final. The platform accepts no liability for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 777xsx platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and potential civil or criminal referral:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or card sharing in live dealer games.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown error will be voided.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 777xsx platform software or infrastructure.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any transaction connected to criminal activity.
• Providing false information during registration or verification procedures.
• Placing wagers on behalf of another person or accepting funds from a third party for the purpose of gambling on the platform.

08 Responsible Gaming

777xsx is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming for all players across Pakistan. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and have implemented a range of tools and safeguards to help players maintain control of their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 777xsx account holders at no cost and with immediate effect:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any part of the 777xsx platform without express written consent.
• Use the 777xsx brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks for commercial purposes.
• Frame or mirror any content from the 777xsx platform on any third-party website.
• Create derivative works based on any 777xsx content.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777xsx, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the 777xsx platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any of its services.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data.
• Losses incurred as a result of gambling activity conducted on the platform.
• Technical failures, including but not limited to server downtime, network interruptions, or software errors beyond 777xsx's reasonable control.

In any event, the total aggregate liability of 777xsx to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Suspension & Termination

777xsx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal conduct.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to 777xsx.
• The player has requested self-exclusion.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any bonus funds and amounts under investigation) will be refunded to the player's verified payment method, subject to completion of all outstanding verification requirements. Winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited in their entirety.

12 Amendments to Terms

777xsx reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 777xsx will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 777xsx platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting 777xsx support.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 777xsx is licensed and incorporated. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause limits the statutory consumer rights of any player to the extent that such rights cannot be excluded or limited by contract under the law of their country of residence.
